What it DTF film?

DTF printing PET film, suitable for digital transfer printing. The pattern after scalding has the same texture as PU glue, and the feel is softer than glue (30 ~ 50% softer than the pattern printed by oil-based coating film). Ink absorption and release coating (3-in-1 function) completes the three major requirements of ink absorption, release and electrostatic removal in one process, which greatly improves the quality and stability of products.

Usage:

1. The surface with ink absorption coating is the printing surface;

2. Handle with care and pay attention to the anti scratch ink absorbing coating;

3. Bake for 40 ~ 90 seconds after printing (adjust the appropriate temperature according to the performance of hot melt powder);

4. Select 60-80 mesh hot-melt powder to achieve second tearing, 100-150 mesh hot-melt powder is recommended to be warm or cold tearing, and 150 mesh hot-melt powder is recommended to be cold tearing;

5. Store in a dry place and pay attention to moisture.

Be careful:

1. After printing, the baking temperature is too high or the baking time is too long, and there may be anti white spots on the pattern surface. This is because the slow drying agent in the ink cannot be volatilized after the hot melt powder is formed. After the gas is cooled, it forms mist like crystals on the pattern surface. This anti white phenomenon will gradually disappear after several days of storage and contact with the air, and will not affect the later appearance of the pattern.

2. The transfer press pressing temperature is 140-160 degrees, and the hot melt powder can be adjusted according to different mesh numbers and the temperature range of the fabric in 6-10 seconds. The most suitable temperature range can easily realize hot tearing.
